Theyre seeking an enthusiastic Multiskilled Engineer to join their small team of eight, supporting the installation, commissioning and optimisation of membrane filtration systems across the UK and Ireland, primarily within the dairy industry.

The Role

As a Multiskilled Engineer, youll play a central role in the installation, commissioning and optimisation of membrane filtration systems across the UK and Ireland. Youll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while developing specialist expertise in membrane filtration technology.

Beyond membrane systems, youll also be involved in a wide range of dairy-processing operations, including milk, whey and cheese production. This hands-on and varied role offers the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge across multiple areas of dairy manufacturing while supporting customers in achieving efficient, reliable and compliant production processes.

Youll report directly to both Directors and will enjoy a combination of collaborative team working and independent, lone-working responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of dairy process projects and membrane filtration plants
• Drive growth in membrane element sales, spare parts, and service offerings, while providing high-quality aftersales support
• Investigate and assess existing plant performance, including CIP effectiveness, reliability issues, and operational efficiency, and provide practical, actionable solutions
