Multiskilled Maintenance Tech - New Build Homes (Van)

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi skilled Maintenance Technician to join a renowned house builder in the Northeast region. The role involves completing remedial work in new build housing, including joinery, plaster patching, painting and filling, with duties split across multiple sites in occupied properties.

You will drive to sites across the Northeast, maintain high quality standards, manage van stock and tools, and deliver work to tight deadlines with excellent customer service.
