MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED
Pay : From £37,400 per annum
Location: Kingston KT1
Benefits: 28 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays

HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking a hands - on Multiskilled Maintenance Technician for our well established client in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team - focused environment with a diverse workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repairs across campus buildings.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across a wide variety of areas including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems focusing on your area of expertise.
- Working across trade disciplines to support the wider team and maintain service continuity.
- Using CAFM and BMS systems to log work and monitor building performance.
- Collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and staff to deliver efficient maintenance services.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification or strong experience in a core trade (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Heating or similar).
- Experience in building services, facilities management, or maintenance environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem solving skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- A proactive, team - oriented approach with strong communication skills.
