Synergi Search & Select Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG beverage manufacturing business in Northampton for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer. You will join a highly automated production environment and contribute to planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) with a salary of £62,000–£66,000 OTE, and the opportunity to develop technical skills within a fast-paced operation.
