Nanny / Childminder

About the Role

Our client is seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced Nanny / Childminder to care for their two young children (ages 3 and 5) in their home in Liverpool . The role involves providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, supporting the children's development through engaging activities, and managing their daily routines. This position requires a proactive individual who can create a positive and fun experience for the children while also maintaining a structured approach to their day. An understanding of early childhood development and a passion for childcare are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care for two young children in their own home.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including educational play, crafts, and outdoor excursions.
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with children's daily routines, including dressing, bathing, and bedtime.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's activities, progress, and well-being.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role, with excellent references.
• Demonstrable knowledge of child development for ages 3-5.
• Paediatric First Aid certification is essential.
• Driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is highly desirable.
• Patience, reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for children.
• Ability to work independently and manage the children's schedule effectively.
