Nanny (Live-out)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Live-out Nanny to care for their two young children (ages 3 and 6) in Reading . The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional childcare in a nurturing and stimulating home environment, ensuring the children's safety, development, and happiness. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage daily routines, including school runs, meal preparation, organising playdates, and engaging the children in educational and fun activities. The ideal candidate will be a positive role model with a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children aged 3 and 6.
• Manage daily schedules, including school pick-ups/drop-offs, playtime, and rest periods.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Organise age-appropriate educational activities, outings, and playdates to promote development.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment for the children, including their rooms and play areas.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, adhering to family guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nanny or similar childcare role with excellent references.
• Solid understanding of child development stages and age-appropriate activities.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive and possess a clean driving license.
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for childcare.
