Nanny (Live-out)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable live-out Nanny to care for their two young children (ages 3 and 6) in Plymouth . The role involves providing attentive and nurturing care in the family's home, managing children's daily routines, organising engaging activities, and supporting their educational development. This is a long-term position for a professional who is passionate about childcare and can become a trusted part of the family's support system. The ideal candidate will be proactive and responsible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care for two children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, including outings.
• Manage children's daily routines, including meal preparation, naps, and bath times.
• Assist with homework and encourage learning through play and reading.
• Light nursery duties related to the children, such as tidying their rooms and laundry.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's day, progress, and any concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role, with excellent references.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate care.
• Paediatric First Aid certification is essential.
• A genuine love for children and a patient, caring disposition.
• Ability to drive is highly desirable.
• Clean driving license and a reliable vehicle.
