Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Nanny or childminder, with verifiable references.
• Deep understanding of child development stages and positive discipline techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a structured yet fun daily routine.
