Nanny

Mon - Fri - 30/40 hours (Depending on whether candidates would like to do housekeeping duties)

Morning routine - nanny arrives at 6.45am to ensure children are ready for school and to set off at 7am. Drops at 3 different schools, all close by. Afternoons - collect from schools at 4pm or 5pm. Help with any homework, after school activities, prepare and serve children's evening meal, general care of the children until 8pm.

Duties to include:

• School and activity runs
• Homework and routine support
• Managing the children's' schedules and social calendars
• Children's laundry, bedrooms and bags
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Keeping children's communal areas organised
• Supporting the children's' independence and wellbeing
• Providing a reassuring presence when parents are travelling
• Caring for our family dog

This family is looking for a seasoned childcare professional who is kind, calm, organised and emotionally intelligent. The nanny would understand the different needs of children from primary school through to their teenage years, combining warmth with clear, consistent boundaries.

The nanny would need to be proactive, trustworthy and able to manage a busy family life independently. Most importantly, they would need to genuinely care about children and take pride in creating a safe, happy and supportive environment where the children can thrive.
