National Accounts Lead, Plant-Based FMCG - Hybrid & Growth

PIE Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking a National Account Manager for a high-growth, plant-based FMCG business. You will own major retail accounts, shape customer plans and contribute to the P&L in a fast-paced environment.

You will grow listings, manage forecasts, promotions, and partnerships across grocery, discount and impulse channels, collaborating with marketing, finance and operations. Hybrid work 2-3 days in the office, strong negotiation and commercial acumen are essential.
