National Head of Colleges - Lead FE (Hybrid Car Allowance)

Frontier Consulting are assisting a national SEN & Children s residential provider to recruit for a National Head of Colleges to work within their SEN School provision. This hybrid role will involve travel to sites across the UK, including Lancaster, Blackpool, West Sussex, Carlisle, and Windsor.

As Head of Colleges you will shape an ambitious FE strategy, lead senior college principals, and drive excellence in learning outcomes, inclusion, and learner success across multiple sites.
