National Health & Safety Lead

Cornerstone is recruiting a Health and Safety Lead to shape and oversee our health and safety framework. Based in Glasgow, Dundee or Aberdeen with hybrid working and travel across our services, you will be the competent person, translating legislation into practical guidance and driving a proactive safety culture.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on support, ensuring compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across multiple sites nationwide.
