National Service Scheduler & Desk Coordinator

Thermatic Technical FM is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Service Desk within the Operations team in Salford. You will schedule national engineers, act as a helpdesk operator, and plan maintenance across the contracts division, ensuring efficient, safe and proactive service delivery.

Key duties include end-to-end management of high-priority jobs, coordinating with contracts and technical teams, and maintaining accurate information in Job Logic.
