About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to join their dynamic AI team. This hybrid role, with opportunities to work from our Wolverhampton office or remotely, focuses on developing and deploying advanced NLP models for text analysis, understanding, and generation. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms.

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into applications.
- Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with advancements in NLP research and apply them to practical problems.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods applied to text.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation for NLP tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
