The 12-month placement provides rotations through stability, hydrodynamics and survivability projects, with mentoring from experienced engineers and the Emerging Talent team.

You will work on real-world naval platform challenges, gain practical lifecycle experience, and potentially progress to the graduate programme if you perform well.
