NEC Project Manager

A leading UK water and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced NEC Project Managerto join their team in Peterborough or Norwich on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities for NEC Project Manager: Lead robust contract management and administration of consultancy framework and NEC contracts Implement contract management strategies and assurance frameworks Provide commercial leadership to ECC Project Management teams Manage change control, resolve contractual issues, and ensure compliance with payment and procurement processes Oversee supply chain frameworks and project performance through reporting and governance activities Lead performance reviews, manage non-compliance strategies, and promote best practice across teams and frameworks Foster a collaborative, open culture across teams and stakeholders, promoting commercial awareness and informed decision-making Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across delivery routes Build and empower high-performing teams, supporting junior team development Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards in all activities Essential Requirements for NEC Project Manager: Proven experience managing NEC PSC and ECC contracts Strong knowledge of contract management, commercial leadership, and assurance frameworks Experience managing consultancy frameworks and supply chain performance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers Strong understanding of change control and procurement compliance processes
