RoleOverview

We areseekinga highly experienced Senior Network SiteReliability Engineer (SRE) to join our global network operations team.This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performanceof our network infrastructure. You will lead incidentresponses,troubleshoot complex issues, and drive automation initiativestomaintainworld-class network services.

RequiredSkills

• Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in networkengineering and operations.
  
• Deepexpertiseinrouting, switching, firewalling, and wireless across multiplevendors.
  
• ProficiencyinLinux/Unix environments.
  
• Experiencewith automation and monitoring platforms.
  
• Abilityto work independently, set technical direction, and mentor others.

• EVPNSegment routing (although I would accept someone with significant MPLSdepth on their resume)
  

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead Incident Management: Own and resolvecritical network incidents, manage outages, andprovideexpertguidance during high-pressure situations.
  
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose andresolve complex issues across routing, switching, firewalling, andwireless domains.
  
• Technical Leadership: Set technical direction, mentor junior engineers,and foster a culture of operational excellence.
  
• 24/7 Operations: Participatein a shift-based model to ensurecontinuous availability of critical network services.
  
• Multi-Vendor Expertise: Operateacrossdiverse environments including Arista, Cisco, Cumulus, Spectrum Ethernet,InfiniBand, Palo Alto, Check Point, Mist, Aruba, A10,Netscaler, andF5.
  
• Security & Segmentation: Support networksegmentation, policy enforcement, and VPN solutions (GlobalProtect,AnyConnect).
  
• Automation & Observability: Utilizetoolslike Grafana, Big Panda, ServiceNow, ITMP, syslog, Splunk,Salt,Ansible, andPrometheusto enhance monitoring andautomation.
  
• Innovation Projects: Collaborate on wireless design and AI clusterdeployments to supportcutting-edgeinitiatives.
  

PreferredSkills

• Experiencewith InfiniBand and AI cluster deployments .
  
• Familiaritywith network asset management systems (e.g.,Nautobot).
  
• Wirelessdesign experience with Cisco, Mist, Aruba .
