Location: Central London (Office based 5 days a week)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs Switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access pointsKey Responsibilities

Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues. Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required. Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments. Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations. Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions. Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records. Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.Requirements

Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support Solid Experience with LAN / WAN CCNA certification (or equivalent networking qualification). Excellent communication and customer service skills
