Main duties of the job
The role is for a Team Lead to support with the oversight of day to day operations within the ND team.
Main duties of the job
Support to the Service Manager with operational activities related to the running of the autism and ADHD service.
Support with staff management and oversight, onboarding of new staff, processing referrals, booking appointments, overseeing admin processes following an assessment.
Managing telephone calls and enquiries.
Overseeing waiting lists and ensuring waiting time targets are met.
Deputising for the Service manager.
Person specification
Qualifications
- Management knowledge or experience to degree level equivalent.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures acquired through diploma or equivalent experience or equivalent training and experience
- Evidence of on-going professional development.
Desirable criteria
- Project Management Qualification or experience
Experience
- Experience of co-ordination of multiple activity to support the delivery of services
- Experience of working within a team and providing support to more than one person
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role and working within a fast paced organisation
- Experience of developing and implementing processes and procedures.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of operational team actively that supports health / surgical services.
- Experience of successfully establishing, maintaining and developing new / improved systems. Experience in the development and performance management of employees.
