Neuroscience Clinical Pharmacist Lead - MDT Champion

University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for Neurosciences to join a proactive multidisciplinary team in Plymouth. You will deliver specialist pharmaceutical care across Stroke, Epilepsy, Neurosurgery, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and Headache services.

You will work with consultant-led MDT ward rounds, lead the ward-based pharmacy team, and support clinical supervision and teaching.
