Manage and develop NHS accounts across the South West & South Wales Drive growth across an established neurosurgery portfolio of devices and consumables Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and win new business Build relationships with Neurosurgeons, Neurophysiologists, Consultants, Theatre Teams, Nurses and Procurement Sell into major neuro centres including Cardiff, Bristol, Bath, Plymouth and Southampton Provide technical product support and work closely with clinical specialists Develop new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted new hospitals Manage a clinically demanding, hands-on territory with regular travel 👊 Who We're Looking For

At least 3 years' medical device territory management experience Healthcare sales background, ideally selling a technical product or specialist therapy Theatre or secondary care sales experience would be highly advantageous Strong track record of developing long-term clinical relationships Confident networking, upselling and cross-selling within NHS Trusts Comfortable learning complex clinical and technical products Experience working in high-pressure hospital environments Strong career stability and consistent performance

💰 The Package

Basic salary up to £64K

£25K uncapped commission Car allowance Pension Mobile & laptop 25 days' holiday 📍 Territory: South West & South Wales Ideally based close to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter, Bath or Cardiff
