New Build Aftercare Specialist - Hybrid

IRIS Recruitment is seeking a New Build Aftercare Officer for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Watford. The role covers post-occupancy support, coordinating repairs and inspections, and guiding customers through their journey with site visits.

You will work to handover and manage defects, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to data reporting within a dynamic housing environment. Hybrid working is available, with 37 hours per week and a salary range of £26,650–£30,000.
