- A leading international firm is hiring into its Scotlandcorporate team.
- This team handles the best corporate work that comes through Scotland -a genuine mix of domestic and international mandates. All mandates are as lead counsel - no local counsel work.
- The workstream is properly balanced between private M&A and private equity, with a strong emphasis on thefinancial services, technology, and energy and infrastructure sectors, where the firm is regarded as a truemarket leader.
- Magic Circle and US firms in London recruit regularly from this team. If London is the longer‑term plan, a few years here is one of the most reliable routes into it from Scotland.
