About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to represent their developments in and around Derby . This role involves engaging with potential buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and providing exceptional service from initial inquiry to completion. You will be responsible for showcasing the features and benefits of new build properties, managing the sales suite, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on new homes developments and availability.
• Conducting professional viewings of show homes and plots, highlighting key features and selling points.
• Managing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion, liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors.
• Maintaining high standards in the sales office and ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets for new homes in the Derby region.
• Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property sales, preferably within new homes or estate agency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• A persuasive and confident sales approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage your own workload.
• Understanding of the property buying process, including mortgage and legal procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some bank holidays as required by the sales rotation.
