About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to represent their high-quality developments in Cambridge . This role is centered around providing an exceptional customer journey for prospective buyers, from initial inquiry through to the handover of their new property. You will be responsible for managing the sales office, conducting viewings, advising on specifications, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a keen interest in property, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales suite, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming at all times.
• Engage with potential customers, providing detailed information about new developments and properties.
• Conduct professional property viewings, highlighting the features and benefits of each home.
• Guide buyers through the reservation process, mortgage arrangements, and legal completions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Build strong relationships with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property sales , preferably within new build developments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge property market is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a sales team and individually.
