They are expanding globally and are looking to bring in a top-tier NPI Engineer to ensure the validation and qualification of mechanical designs through to product release.

- You’ve brought strong experience in electro-mechanical product manufacturing.
- You’ve had a solid background in DFMA, applying it to optimise design for manufacture and assembly.
- You’ve led the complete NPI lifecycle, taking products from concept through to full production.
- You’ve gained hands-on experience transferring products from development into final assembly and pack-out (ie. PCBA).
- You’ve demonstrated excellent planning, collaboration, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
