This is a unique opportunity to influence product development at a global level, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead cross‑functional projects across the entire product lifecycle, from NPI to production,
• Coordinate efforts with global R&D, Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers,
• Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and quality standards,
• Oversee documentation control, BOM revisions, engineering changes, and production processes,
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence,
• Contribute to engineering change management, lifecycle support, and process improvements,
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Required Skills:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field,
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in engineering or operations, including project management and NPI,
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects with a strong focus on production readiness,
• In‑depth knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and supplier management,
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and third‑party production environments,
• Proficiency with PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite,
• Excellent communication skills–verbal, written, and presentation–across diverse audiences,
• Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail,
• Ability to influence and lead meetings in a matrix, global environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with manufacturing quality systems and supplier quality assurance,
• Familiarity with engineering change processes and product lifecycle management,
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects related to product launch,
• Ability to work with global teams and adapt across cultures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or similar,
• 5-7+ years in engineering/operations roles focused on product development and production,
• Prior experience managing projects in a high‑tech manufacturing setting.
