New-Store Launch Assistant Manager: Lead & Elevate Team

Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and is seeking an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening to launch the site successfully from day one. You’ll work with the General Manager to build a high-energy, high-performing team and establish effective ways of working that set performance standards.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, train and coach new starters, lead shifts, and embed processes to deliver great food and fast service, making a visible impact early on.
