Every day is different as a Teaching Assistant, and every day gives you the opportunity to make a real impact on a child's education and confidence.Working across schools in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, you could be:
✅ Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, including those with additional needs
✅ Working with small groups to boost learning and development
✅ Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
✅ Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across different year groups
✅ Encouraging pupils to reach their full potential both academically and socially

🎯 What You'll Need to Succeed
✅ Be willing to complete our standard compliance and vetting checks, including an Enhanced DBS check
✅ Have recent and relevant childcare, educational or support experience and be able to provide references
✅ Have a positive, flexible and reliable approach to work
✅ Be passionate about supporting children and young people to succeed
✅ Ideally hold a childcare or education-related qualification, although this is not essential
