If you aren't yet IP-qualified, we provide the paid study days and Designated Supervisors to get you there.

The Buddy System: Five dedicated "Buddy Days" with an experienced pharmacist to guide you through your first shifts.

Leadership Access: Direct, ongoing support from a dedicated Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager.

Structured Growth: Regular pharmacy visits and development conversations to keep your career on track.

Variety and Flexibility: Gain experience across a range of pharmacies within approximately one hour’s drive of your base branch.

Welcome to Well Bonus: £5,000 net payment (subject to location).

Relocation Support: Up to £8,000 to help you move (subject to location).

Professional Fees: GPhC / PSNI registration and DBS / PVG costs fully paid.

Clinical Training: Opportunity to enrol on the Independent Prescribing (Clinical Diploma) course.

Travel Support: Mileage allowance provided for all relief travel.

Main Responsibility

Start your pharmacy career by joining our team in the North Devon & English Riviera area as a relief pharmacist. This is the perfect role to expose you to a variety of pharmacies with different patient needs and footfall.

Successful candidates MUST drive and have access to a car.

The Ideal Candidate

Now you'll need an MPharm degree or equivalent and you'll need to have your GPHC registration upon your start date too.
