NHS Health Care Assistant: Phlebotomy & Patient Checks

Health Care Assistant role across four hubs in Middlesbrough and RPCH sites. You will join the clinical team to deliver phlebotomy, health checks and routine care under Nurse Practitioner supervision, working across Hirsel Medical Centre, Bentley Medical Practice, Primary Care Access hub, and Rainbow hub.

You will collect vital signs, record data, provide health promotion, and refer patients to clinicians as needed. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and GCSEs English/Maths are required.
