We're looking for a Night Auditor to join a welcoming hotel team in Lutterworth, working within a stunning countryside setting. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step, with full training provided and plenty of benefits to enjoy.
As a Night Auditor, you'll play an important role in ensuring guests receive excellent service throughout the night, whilst supporting the wider team and maintaining the smooth running of the hotel.

As a Night Auditor, you'll help oversee the night operation and ensure guests receive a consistently high standard of service.
Support the Night Manager and work alongside the night team
Complete the night audit, ensuring all procedures meet required standards
Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally
Follow company policies and audit procedures
Maintain the security of the hotel, including fire and safety procedures
Maximise revenue opportunities across room sales
Liaise effectively with other departments
Support porter duties, including room service and conference/function room set-up and breakdown
Prepare light meals when required, with training providedWhat we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is confident working independently overnight and enjoys delivering excellent customer service within a busy hospitality environment.
Previous experience within a hotel as a night porter or auditor
Excellent standard of spoken and written English
Very well presented with a professional appearance
Strong communication and customer service skills
A reliable and proactive approach to work
Confidence handling guest enquiries and resolving issues
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to support a range of operational and porter duties
