Night Care Assistant: Compassionate Dementia & Elder Care

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant for a full-time night role, covering The Gardens and Elmwood House in a 33-hour weekly pattern. You will work under a Registered Nurse to support residents with personal care, meals, daily activities and wellbeing while respecting each resident’s individuality.

You will contribute to safeguarding and compassionate end-of-life support as needed, with training provided to ensure high-quality care across our dementia, nursing and residential teams.
