Night Care Assistant — Compassionate, Impactful Resident Care

Avery Healthcare Group in Herne Bay is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Miramar Care Home to support the care team and deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, respectful environment. You will help create a caring, inclusive atmosphere for residents, visitors and staff.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent, have at least 2 years of experience in a similar care setting, and be responsive and flexible to residents’ needs and family inquiries.
