Night Care Assistant - Compassionate Resident Support

Oakland Care in Tonbridge is seeking a Night Care Assistant who is compassionate, reliable and dedicated to supporting residents through the night.

You will assist with personal care, mobility and safety, keep watch, and record care accurately while helping create a calm, family-like atmosphere in our home.

Full training is provided; no prior experience required for this role. This is a permanent night-shift position at our Tonbridge location.
