Night Care Assistant - Compassionate Support (20h)

The Firs Residential Home in Budleigh Salterton is seeking a Twilight carer to join the team. You will support vulnerable adults with personal care, encourage dignity and independence, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment.

The role is up to 20 hours per week and requires a friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to work in a team or alone as needed. No formal qualifications are essential, though Care Certificate or NVQ 2/3 (or equivalent) can be beneficial.
