Night Care Assistant: Compassionate Support & Training

Barchester is seeking a caring Care Assistant for a residential care home in the West of England. You will support residents with daily living, provide companionship, follow care plans and help create a warm, safe and respectful environment.

Experience with older people helps, but we provide full training. You will work with a friendly team, with opportunities to develop your skills and build meaningful relationships with residents.
