Were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at our luxury care home, Castle View in Dorchester, Dorset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, supporting daily living activities with a hands-on, resident-centred approach.
• Assist Nursing team as needed and be available to residents 24 hours a day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and dignity, ensuring residents receive quality care.

Requirements / About You

• Compassionate, caring attitude with a positive approach.
• Willing to be hands-on with residents and help them as needed.
• Organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills and attention to detail.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.
