Night Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will support residents with daily living, follow care plans, help with food and drink, and provide one-to-one companionship and support. You will also create moments of joy, maintain dignity and promote independence.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care and support to residents; follow care plans; assist with meal preparation and feeding; help with medication administration and hygiene; report changes in condition or behaviour; keep the environment clean and safe; offer companionship and emotional support; ensure residents receive professional and compassionate care.
