Night Care Companion — Household-Model Home Care

Willow Lodge Care Home in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a Universal Care Companion for night shifts (8pm–8am) with up to 44 hours per week and alternate weekends. You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and medication administration in a home-like setting.

This role offers training and contracted hours in a brand-new 78-bed home opening Autumn 2026, with a focus on relationship-led care within Willow Lodge's Household Model.
