Night Care Lead — Senior Care Assistant

At Sovereign Lodge, Mariposa Care Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant for night shifts to support residents in living happy, healthy and independent lives. You'll combine hands-on care with supervision, mentoring your team, and ensuring dignity, respect and privacy in every interaction.

A Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification is required. You’ll oversee care plans, support personal care, and assist with medication administration.
