Night Care Specialist—Compassionate Mental Health Support

Milestones Trust is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to join the Greengates team on a rolling rota of three nights one week and four nights the next.

You will provide personal care, medication support, and emotional reassurance during night hours, ensuring safety and dignity while remaining attuned to residents' needs. The role requires strong communication and ability to work independently, with training and progression opportunities within the Trust.
