Night Care Supervisor — Dementia Care Leader

Somerset Care Group. is seeking a Care Supervisor for nights at Sydenham House, Bridgwater. In this role, you will lead a team in delivering person-centred care, particularly for residents with dementia. You will oversee medication management and ensure that high standards of care are maintained.
