Night Care Team Leader – Compassionate Elderly & Dementia

The Oaks, Rubery, Birmingham, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Team Leader) Nights to lead the care team within a 44-hour week at The Oaks. You will ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred care and support residents to achieve their goals in a warm, home-like environment.

We welcome applicants with NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and strong communication skills. The role offers a pro rata salary of £30,088 to £33,519 depending on experience and a chance to grow with EQ Care Group.
