About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and diligent Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning team in Nottingham . This role is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning operations are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards during overnight shifts. You will manage a team of cleaning operatives, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all areas are maintained to impeccable cleanliness and hygiene levels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in managing teams in a nocturnal setting. This is a crucial role for maintaining the operational readiness and professional appearance of the client's facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the night cleaning team, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to verify quality and adherence to standards.
- Manage cleaning staff performance, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, maintained, and stored.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures during night operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry, ideally with night shift experience.
