Night Clinical Senior Care Lead — Autonomy & Team Impact

Dovehaven Care Homes in Ashton View, Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan, is seeking a Clinical Senior Care Assistant for nights. You will lead the care team, ensure staff follow CQC guidelines, and deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents.

The role covers 12-hour night shifts, four nights per week on a 44-hour contract, with an 8pm–8am rota and every other weekend. You will receive full induction, ongoing training, paid DBS, and a Real Living Wage.
