Night Concierge — Elevate Guest Experience

Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge is seeking a casual Night Concierge to join The Lowndes. The role focuses on promptly addressing guest requests, knowledge of local activities, and relaying messages for delivery.

You will monitor the message system and be familiar with hotel facilities and layout to provide seamless service. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in hospitality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s licence.
