Night Despatch Operator – Fast-Paced, Higher Night Pay

Ocado Logistics is seeking a Nights Despatch Operative to join the busy Despatch team in our UK site. You will load totes, sort returns, and assist with dispatch while earning enhanced night pay from 20:05 to 06:05. Interviews occur weekly, and progression opportunities are highlighted.

The role is hands-on and suited to those comfortable with night shifts and physical work. You will be paid £12.84 per hour base plus £2.67 per hour night premium, with overtime at 1.25x.
