Night Enabling Support Worker — Residential Care

Shaftesbury Horizons in Poole, Dorset is seeking a Night Bank Enabling Support Worker to provide patient, person-centered care during night shifts, following the person-centred support plan and maintaining accurate records.

You may assist with personal care and medication, with an additional £60 per sleep-in, and there is an opportunity to cover sleep-in sessions. The role supports Horizons’ community-focused, inclusive approach.
