Night Front Office Leader: Guest Experience

Apex Waterloo Place Hotel is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to join the Front Office Team. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will oversee the property during the night shift and lead the reception team to ensure a smooth, secure, and guest‑focused operation.

You will deliver high standards of service, manage staff, uphold health and safety procedures, respond to guest feedback, and produce nightly reports.
